About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused travel professionals to join our growing team as Tour Consultants / Operations Executives / Holiday Experts.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, skilled in coordination and communication, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound travel enquiries via calls, emails, chats, and social media.

Understand guest preferences and design customized domestic & international holiday itineraries.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.

Manage hotel bookings, vendor coordination, and itinerary updates.

Ensure seamless tour execution by liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Maintain CRM data, booking records, and communication logs accurately.

Negotiate hotel and vendor rates when required.

Handle ticket refunds, reschedules, and documentation as per company policies.

Provide destination expertise for key regions like Europe, Thailand, Bali, Dubai, and more.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in travel & tourism operations or tour coordination (freshers with strong passion for travel are welcome).

Education: Any Graduate (Travel/Tourism specialization preferred).

Skills:

Excellent written & verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is an advantage).

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, email).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preference: Candidates willing to relocate to Trivandrum (initial stay assistance provided).
